In a highly competitive category with Lego and other cheaper copycats, how do we make Mega Bloks the TOM construction brand for kids aged 1-3?

Digitally connected APAC mothers (expecting – pre-schoolers) who are still the primary decision maker of the household. They hope to build social and emotional (confidence, social skills, concentration), cognitive (colours, ABC’s) and physical skills (fine motor skills) in their kids in order to prepare them for pre-school. Their phone is an extension of who they are, enabling them to find the latest bitesize advice, recommendations, and trends online immediately. Most mothers have purchased 11+ toys as early as their second trimester
